Sales and matching reconciliation
Whole-range product net sales includes matched and unmatched sales and follows the VAT choice in View. Product tiles and table totals follow your filters; unmatched sales below remain ex VAT.

Unmatched sales detail
Check which sales could not be matched to a catalogue product. These amounts remain in the report total but are excluded from product rankings. Resolve changed or duplicated SKUs before treating matched rows as the whole business.

Stock comes from the Shopify API, not a CSV upload. Current stock uses the latest successful saved stock sync. Closing stock and comparison stock use separate Sunday observations and show their dates; hover the headings for the full definition. A change requires both observations; missing history is unknown. Use Refresh stock to read newer stock. Reported GP covers Shopify sales with costs recorded; margin uses that costed revenue base. Unknown quantities and costs are shown as —. Gift cards and unresolved identities are excluded from the product ranking and retained in reconciliation detail when returned by the sales source. GA uses saved product views and add-to-carts for the displayed dates. CVR is Shopify net units divided by GA product views. Size/SKU rows do not repeat product GA or allocate product profit. Forecast estimates are read-only and use matched sales; they do not create orders.
Trading bridge and cost coverage
Check the components behind trading totals and how much sales have recorded costs. Reversal amounts are signed ledger entries, not settled cash refunds. Measures overlap and must not be summed together. Comparison follows the selected comparison range.
