Your first workspace
Let’s set up your business
One step at a time, using your saved store evidence. Your choices stay with this store so you can leave and resume later.
Checking your selected store…
Continue with the right store
Sign in and select a connected store to resume its saved setup.
Sign in or manage storesMerchClarity currently supports GBP, the supported UK VAT policy and aggregate stock across locations. Your Shopify identity and policy are checked by the server.
You can inspect saved setup as a report reader. Ask a store Owner to change shared settings or confirm the business profile.
Bring in your store data
As soon as your first catalogue is available, review a real product and choose its meanings before moving on.
Review product meaningsPrepare your first saved catalogue below, then review its products.
Open Manage stores to import or refresh catalogue and stock. If an import is running or its outcome is uncertain, check its status there before starting another.
Open store dataAsk a store Owner to refresh the source data. Saved report access stays available where supported.
Tell us how to read your products
Review one familiar Shopify product and confirm Sale, departments, categories, size, colour, Vendor or brand, Season and separate Clearance. AI suggestions are optional; every source is available manually. Preview catalogue coverage, then save the reviewed mappings together.
Set up nowA saved mapping does not collect a new Shopify field. Return to store data for an import when the preview identifies uncollected evidence. Review repeatability and lead-time assumptions in Weekly product facts.
Next setup action
Set up departments & categories
Save your product organisation choices, then continue with the enabled features your business uses.
Set up departments & categoriesA store Owner can continue shared setup. You can inspect the saved configuration and product data below.
Review organisation settings
Saved configuration is separate from product-data coverage. Ranking settings and Collection algorithms remain available for later tuning. Analytics requires saved matching and dated coverage for measured verification.
Choose a completed trading period and load its Shopify sales here. Review the selected period, comparison history, costs and product matches without leaving setup.
Open the full saved report
For detailed product rows, exports and further analysis, open Bestsellers after loading.
Open BestsellersOptional for your first reports. Leaving this step for later does not enable publishing or complete Collection Apply acceptance.
Invite the people who work with you
Owners manage shared settings and sources. Analysts prepare permitted work; Viewers read saved reports. You can continue as the single setup owner.
Manage team & invitationsChoose publishing separately
Collection Apply needs explicit Shopify write consent, operator activation, approved targets and a reviewed, verified Apply exercise. Reading reports does not grant publishing permission.
Review publishing setupAsk a store Owner to manage invitations and publishing permissions.

Independent acceptance still matters
Financial reconciliation, all five tools, reviewed Collection Apply and operational acceptance have separate evidence requirements. Optional Analytics or publishing choices do not waive the full MVP acceptance gates.
